Xavier Rudd is an Australian musician (from my neck of the woods! A friends' claim-to-fame is that he used to play football with him back in the day) and to be honest, I don't really know much about him. But I 
love this "fusion of African and Australian folk sounds" and if I were in the Northern Hemisphere, I would definitely make this my song of Summer 2010.
PS. How cute is his grin at 3.22?!
